First, go to Start -> Control Panel -> Programs (or Uninstall a program) -> and then click on the Program and Features link. As for Windows XP users, simply go to Start -> Control Panel -> Add or Remove Programs.
A list of installed programs will be prompted to you. Now find and select Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010 from the list, and then click Change (beside Uninstall, in case you don’t know).
A new window dialog box will be opened to you. To change your Microsoft Office 2010 serial key, select Enter a Product Key, and then click Continue.
Type in the new serial number into box provided, click Continue when you’re done. That’s it, the serial key of your Ms Office 2010 should be changed by now. If further installation is needed, you will need to click on Install Now to install whatever is available to you.
